• This event is reserved for industry professionals.
• Visitor badges are free of charge. Each badge is personal, non-transferable and valid for one person for both days of the Show.
• No one under 18 will be admitted, including infants and children, even if accompanied.
• Animals are not permitted, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Solicitation of any kind by non-exhibitors, including suitcasing, is strictly prohibited.
• Suitcases, rolling bags and trolleys must be left at the coat check. Handbags, backpacks and briefcases are allowed.
• Weapons of any kind are prohibited on the premises.
• Alcoholic beverages are served only to attendees aged 21 and over. Valid photo ID may be requested.
• Photographing or filming products and booths requires the prior consent of the exhibitor.
• By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge, you agree to share with that exhibitor the contact information you provided at registration.
• Show Management (Infopro Digital Trade Shows) reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person, whether visitor, exhibitor or sponsor, whose behavior could compromise the safety, peace or image of the event, or who fails to comply with these Show Policies.
• Visitors, exhibitors and sponsors agree to the inspection of their personal belongings. Anyone who refuses may be denied access or removed from the Show, without compensation.
• Photos and videos are taken during the event and may be used worldwide, in all media, to promote the Show. By attending, you agree to appear in them. If you prefer not to, please let our photographers know on site or write to privacy-makeupin@infopro-digital.com.
