- Walter Dwyer is the founder, CEO and joint owner at Cosmopak Usa LLc with Bart Wolfe. Walter moved to NY in 1997 and formed Cosmopak as a disruptive and innovative Cosmetic packaging supplier. Walter holds several patents in mascara, airless and magnetic packaging innovations and has been associated with numerous indy and established brands. Early success was achieved through the launch of a patented flow pen which was sold to Stila (lip Glaze) Estee Lauder and REVLON and ultimately CHANEL. Seizing opportunities in the newly formed European market, in 2003 Walter relocated to London to open a UK office and set up operations that continue today. In 2010 having established a strong foothold in NY and now London, he moved to California and established the LA sales office. This lead to a successful period driven by the fast growing influencer and DTM market which was emerging and thriving on the west coast. Today, Cosmopak has grown to having over 100 employees worldwide with offices in London, NY, LA, LIMA, SHUZOU and is one of the largest privately owned packaging suppliers in the industry. As CEO Walter heads up turnkey PD and Pkg innovation following his creative passion.
