- Dr. Robert Bianchini (Bob) is a highly experienced research scientist and business executive in the Personal Care and Pharmaceuticals Fields. Currently, he is Chief Scientist at Dermalogica LLC, A Unilever Company. He is the author of over 60 publications and patents. He has held executive positions at Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Colgate-Palmolive and Rodan and Fields. He is a Member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Chemical Society, and Soc. Of Cosmetic Chemist. He is a past Board Member and Chair of TRI Princeton, Princeton, NJ and a Science Advisor to the Personal Care Products Council, Washington, DC. He is presently an advisor to the University of California at Irvine Beall Applied Innovation Center. Dr Bianchini was awarded his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Program in Chemistry and Biochemistry at Washington State University. He obtained his Bachelors in Chemistry from SUNY at Buffalo. He was a Post Graduate Research Investigator at Northwestern University where he patented a novel metal-substrate conducting system. He also completed post-graduate studies at MIT, Sloan School of Business. He has collectively developed many novel pharmaceutical delivery systems and personal care products. Dr. Bianchini is currently a Board Member at Leading Edge Innovations, Sommerville, NJ and an advisor to Laboratory Skincare Bioactives (lscbioactives.com) in Heyward, CA . He is also an investor and Advisor to Selfmade Studios (beselfmade.co), Los Angeles, CA. Bob resides with his wife in beautiful Dana Pt., CA.
