MakeUp in LosAngeles: A Practical and Friendly Visit

Indie Friendly exhibitors are suppliers capable of producing in small quantities, which is essential for independent or emerging brands entering the market. This means they offer reduced MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), production flexibility, personalized services, and tailored support for young brands.

Visitor registration is done online via the “Badge request" button. Access is free but strictly reserved for beauty industry professionals only

Step 1 – 10 days before the show:
I start by scheduling appointments with my suppliers to make the most of my time on site.
Step 2 – 5 days before:
I organize my visit by selecting the conferences, workshops, and activities I want to attend. This helps me structure my day and ensure I don’t miss any key moments.
Step 3 – The day before:
I print my badge to avoid delays at the entrance and ensure a smooth arrival and I download the Keeptrack App.
Step 4 – Day of the event:
I arrive at
9:00 AM, right at the opening, with my PRINTED BADGE. Upon arrival, I enjoy a personalized welcome, access to a cloakroom, free coffee
Step 5 – Second day of the show:
Just like on Day 1, I come prepared with my badge and continue exploring, networking, and attending sessions that interest me.

The Keeptrack app gathers all your meetings and business contacts in one place during the trade show MakeUp in.
Thanks to the system connected to your booth and your
exhibitor badges, you can scan visitors and automatically collect their professional details throughout the event.
Keeptrack also provides access to the interactive floor plan, the conference and workshop schedule, the exhibitors list, and all the practical information needed to make the most of your participation
